Sterling Jones

Raised on a farm outside of Aberdeen, South Dakota, Sterling took his Midwest work ethic in farming and became a realtor 24 years ago. His realtor profession helped guide him in developing a residential development in Bath, South Dakota, in 2002. He has sold real estate throughout South Dakota and Arizona, and he specializes in residential developments, home construction with an emphasis on residential, commercial, farm and land real estate. His overall theme for his development in Bath, was to develop and improve the community in which he was raised.

Sterling sought his realtor’s license in Sioux Falls back in 1997. He excelled and sold millions of dollars in real estate in a booming economy.

He has owned and operated Tacoma Park Place, near Columbia, South Dakota since 2002. He has managed thousands of hunting events, weddings, and other occasions which have been helpful with understanding land and business relationships. He prides himself on being multifaceted as well as building relationships within the South Dakota market.

In 2008, Sterling moved to Arizona to design a multi-billion dollar residential and commercial development on the island at Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Additionally, he designed construction projects for the overall development that was hugely successful.

He is an active member in the Aberdeen Area Chamber, Home Builders Association, Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever. Highly regarded in the community, Sterling has always proven to listen to his clients and guide them thoroughly with their next investment.
